Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase of Tosh & Morinda’s products. However, we will be happy to provide refund for a product should you wish to as per the following policy.

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • In the unlikely event of receiving damaged or defective items, please report the same to our customer care team by writing an email to [email protected]. The request will, however, be entertained once the team has checked and determined the same at their end. This should be reported within the same day of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or as per your expectations, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] within the same day of receiving the product. The customer care team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • We believe that we offer the tastiest and the most palatable range of foods for your pet. In case you or your pet are not 100% satisfied with the product, please write to us at [email protected], and if your concern is found genuine, we will offer full refund. Such a request should be made within 7 days of receiving the product. We would request you to donate the unused product to a local animal shelter, or use it to feed stray dogs in your locality.
  • In case of any refunds approved by AKRITRIM PET NUTRITION LLP, it’ll take 3-4 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  • When writing to our customer care team at [email protected], please ensure that you clearly mention details of the issue you are facing. Also include the order number which can be found on the invoice or the order confirmation email which you received at the time of purchase.

In general, in order to minimize or completely avoid getting into returns and refunds, please ensure that you have selected your desired products carefully, and that your order is correct in terms of variant, pack size, delivery address, contact details, etc.
