- For domestic buyers (shipping within India), orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. The cost of shipment will be calculated at the checkout page.
- Orders are shipped within 0-2 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, or as per the terms and conditions of shipment of the courier company assigned to carry out the delivery.
- AKRITRIM PET NUTRITION LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-2 business days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, or as per the terms and conditions of shipment of the courier company assigned to carry out this delivery.
- Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration or placing the order.
- You shall ensure that all information submitted by you on the website with regards to purchasing the product(s) is accurate, complete, and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. If you have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery, and you will not be eligible for reshipment or a refund on such a transaction.
- Every effort is made to service the orders placed within the stipulated timelines. However, if due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations on our side, the order is not shipped then such an order will stand cancelled, and the amount paid by you while making the purchase will be refunded.
